OUR GAME PLAN- HOW THE DAY WILL RUN 

• Check-in, get familiar with the space, meet everyone.
• Brief overview of the day’s objectives. Meet the coaches, review the waves, and set your intentions for the sessions ahead.
• Focus on refining turn selection and technique. Coaches provide immediate feedback during each session. 

• Real-time adjustments and video feedback to fine-tune your technique.
• Focus on feedback and technical questions given by coaches maximise your performance.
• Refresh, hydrate, and go over session footage understand area’s of improvement to move towards your surfing goals.

OBJECTIVES, FUN & FOCUS 

Turn Mechanics & Flow: Work on your turn selection and flow as well as understand necessary technical cues to simplify areas of improvement in your surfing and boost confidence in the water. Callum will be in the on alternating points over the two sessions giving real-time feedback in the water as well as other high performance coaches on the point delivering feedback and technical ques to maximise your performance in the surf.

Video Analysis: Get personalised and actionable feedback with video breakdown as well as all your footage directly accessible straight after each surf with URBN surfs flow-state technology.
